Here is the reality, there are only so many hours in the day, and something has had to give. I've decided to post the pages sans tones so that i can get the story caught up. You'll get to see them in the glorious black and white, which is similar to Marvel in the '70's trying to tell you that the reprint you're reading wasn't the fault of some artist missing his deadline. While I apologize for not having the tones on, it does mean that you get to see the artwork in its purest form.
The newest two pages are up! Click here to go to page 9. I hope that you'll enjoy the story.

The newest page is up! Click here to go to page 8 . I've taken a bit of break to get ahead of my own deadline, and can't wait to post up the new artwork as I finish the tones on the pages. I hope that you'll enjoy the story.
Many thanks to all who stopped by to the Museum of Cartoon Art's booth in San Diego at Comic Con. It was great to sit there with some wonderful artists, as well as being replaced by David Lloyd of V for Vendetta fame. .

The first story is started, click here to go to it. You can click on the image to get to the next page, or on the page numbers at the top. You'll get new pages each week as I work on them (and I'll post updates on the blog as new pages go up). After that first story is done, there will be plenty more to come, depending on what i feel like doing next. I've got a bunch of stories for The Carnival, but we'll see what wants to get born next.
There are also a bunch of commission pieces that I've done, and I'm available for commissions if you want to contact me. The inks are done over other artists's pencils, mostly in blue line, which is only about 100 times better than lightboxing stuff. Inking is what i was originally known for in the mainstream comics industry, and I still enjoy doing some of it from time to time.
The best part about the web is the ability to actually create and distribute without needing a huge conglomerate behind you to get any work out into the world. The web is a great equalizer in that respect. Take advantage of it. support the webcomics you like, check out new ones. We have more choices now than ever before in the history of comics, which means more crap, but also more innovative and great work. Find it. Read it. I hope to a little something here that some people like. If you do like it, let me know.
